Further to the rapid escalation of the COVID 19 crisis and the recent announcement from the Kennel Club, the Club Committee have unanimously decided to cancel all our Club activities for the foreseeable future. This means that our Club Show and Fun Day scheduled for Sunday the 14th June as well as the recently announced Agility Training Day on 7th June will not take place as planned.
Regrettable as this is, the Club Committee feel that the health and safety of all Club members needs to come first as well as the need to comply with Government and Kennel Club guidance. We will keep the situation under review as we go through this year and should the situation allow we will give every consideration as to what activities we may be able to organise in the second half of the year, although at this point this remains doubtful. We wish everyone well, we urge you to keep safe and we will continue to keep in touch through our Club magazines and of course via the Club’s website and Facebook Group page.

PSD Breed Classes and Discover Dogs
March 07, 2020
Our breed competition classes are scheduled for Saturday 7th March which is the third day of competition at this year's show. Our Judge this year is Dr T Jakkel a very experienced international judge and new president of the FCI that knows our breed well. Whilst entries do not close until 20th January we are expecting a good entry particularly from the continent. Pyreneans have also qualified as finalists in this year's breeder team competition taking place in the main ring on the Friday. Check out with the Club's Facebook page for updates on all PSD participation at this year's Crufts.
The Club Committee and various member volunteers will be manning the breed stand in the Discover Dogs area on all four days with some fantastic dogs promoting the Club and the breed to the many thousands of visitors expected at this year's show. Why not get along on the 7th for a great day out and the chance to see and meet some great representatives of our breed from both the UK and the continent.
